The Landlord (which is a woman) demonstrates lack of politeness and leadership. There's a way to educate people on wearing a mask upon arrival versus aggression. Refraining from stooping to her level was my approach as I believe in positive behaviour. I could never treat any individual in such manner. All the best to you and your future endeavours.
